In all truth, I admire CPT Lim for having such a website for people who wish to learn more about aviation.
But what was probabaly intended for as a means of sharing about aviation has been now a place whereby people discuss things such as the interview process.
To me, a pilot should be one who is able to make a command decision, one who has the ability to judge the situation for himself. If even something like the interview process has to be spoonfed to potential pilots, it is little wonder that the layman has the perception that our job is to push buttons and sleep.
