Notes:

1. Qantas Have Own Self-Funded Sponcership Scheme, 30 Selected per year.

2. Recruitment Process

Stage 1 - Application accepted if DE minimum critea are met and documentation is correct.

Stage 2 - One day assessment including a skills and psychometric assessment. Both are computer based. There is a $165 non-refundable charge for stage 2.

Stage 3 - Two/Three days of assessment including a simulator test, panel interview and occupational health assessment (OHA). The OHA costs $145.20.

Stage 4 - You submit a dental x-ray and documentation to allow security checks to take place.

3. Requirement for promotion to Second Officer

Passes in English, Mathematics and Physics at a level equivalent to or higher than the NSW Higher School Certificate Examination . Hold Australian Permanent Residency Status. 500 hours in command of fixed wing aircraft. Hold an Australian Commercial Pilot (Aeroplane) Licence With ME, Cir Ratings.
