Question from another aspiring lady pilot from Hong Kong...

Dear Captain,

I am a girl who will be attending the Cadet Pilot selection with Cathay Pacific Airways next Wednesday in Hong Kong. I would like to ask if you could give me some advice regarding the selection process. I was told me that there will be 3 tests, consisting of 2 written ones and one aptitude test. What are these tests and what are they all about?
Thank you for any advice and hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,

Eva Lau

Hi Eva,

I am unable to guide you exactly what you can expect from the Cadet Pilot test in Cathay Pacific Airways, but the guidelines and tips in my site will give you an idea of what the selection process is all about. Please take your time to browse through the various FAQ on the Pilot Career Category in this site.

Wish you all the best in the cadet pilot selection process.

Hi Eva, I live in Canada but currently in HK, also applying for the cathay cadet program. What have you been through so far?
It will be nice if we can chat a bit. Please email me at nc1616@gmail.com.

Best wishes to you.
