Hello Capt Lim,
I admit to being a "white-knuckled" flier! One of the issues I face is motion sickness, which makes my general anxiety about flying even worse, when I encounter air turbulence. My motion sickness is why I avoid amusement park rides!
Our family is debating about a trip to Hawaii, from Eastern Washington in mid-April. I know you can't predict weather, but speaking generally, is that time of year usually an issue for turbulent weather over the Pacific? I do much better knowing at least a little of what we might face flying...

Hi Ann,
It is quite difficult to predict air turbulence three months ahead on the route that you will be flying on. However turbulence forecasts are usually provided for a much shorter period ahead rather than months ahead of any flight. A good site to go to is Turbulence Forecast and also on USA 1 here. where it provides forecast for period from 0 3 6 12 18 24 hours ahead of your flight.
