I'm a CPL license pilot (ICAO) from Iran and i've finished IR ground course and i'll take my IR license till next month.
My question is that how can i be an airline pilot according to have no experience of multi engine or jet engine?
And how can i join to the cadet programme?

this is about my son,he is an Indian with FAA and Indian CPL with Single,Multi,IR and A-320 ratings on pilot licence.He has been looking for a co-pilot/first officer job for the last 18 months since he finished his A-320 rating from USA.
I,being a father,very disappointed seeing him frustrated throughout.Please suggest some place where he could,possibly,look for his desired job.

i hold a FAA CPL ME/IR, i have 760 TT out of which 700 hrs are on the multi engine but all piston time. I've been looking for a job for the last 10 mths and up to date i haven't got any replies. I have recently qualified Oxford Aviation Academy and I'm searching for a cadet pilot job, however, I seen to be having very little luck. I have a valid JAA CPL/IR with a class one medical.
